There are various premature ejaculation measures which may be used to manage symptoms to delay ejaculation and last longer in bed. These include:

  • Counselling including ‘couples therapy’ whereby partners may help practice delaying ejaculation
  • Squeeze technique
  • Masturbating an hour or two hours before sex
  • Taking a deep breath to briefly shut down the ejaculation reflex
  • Having sex with your partner on top
  • Use of medication such as Priligy (Dapoxetine) to delay orgasm
