    WHAT IS OSTEOCARE ORIGINAL?

    Osteocare is the UK’s number 1 calcium formula which can be taken by men and women of all ages.

    It has been scientifically developed to provide a rich source of calcium and vitamin D which helps with the normal absorption of calcium by the body.

    Calcium is important for men and women of all ages especially for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as during and after the menopause.

    Osteocare Original contains the preferred D3 form of vitamin D which is known as cholecalciferol. Vitamin D3 is produced by the skin on exposure to sunlight.

    Osteocare Original contains:

    • Calcium – provides 100% NRV (Nutrient Reference Value) of calcium and other minerals
    • Vitamin D – contributes to normal absorption and utilisation of calcium
    • Magnesium – contributes to normal muscle function
    • Vitamin D and Zinc – contributes to maintenance of normal bones

    HOW TO TAKE OSTEOCARE ORIGINAL?

    Take two tablets per day with your main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake.

    Osteocare Original can be continued for as long as required.

    WHEN IS OSTEOCARE ORIGINAL RECOMMENDED?

    Getting enough calcium is important: for growing children, throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding, during and after the menopause, for elderly men and women, for athletes and for those that are unable to consume food products containing calcium. Research shows that the earlier men and women receive calcium and other nutrients, the better.

    Osteocare may be taken alongside medications as it only contains moderate levels of minerals and vitamin D. For specific advice on taking Osteocare with medicines, please consult your doctor or pharmacist.
