    Centrum 50+ is a multivitamin and mineral food supplement especially designed for men and women over the age of 50. Centrum 50+ contains ingredients (see full list below) to effectively support immunity, normal energy release and metabolism.

    Centrum 50+ tablets are sugar free and free from gluten, lactose, wheat and nuts.

    Centrum 50+ contains the following ingredients:

    • Vitamin A ,C, D, E, K
    • Thiamine (Vitamin B1)
    • Riboflavin (Vitamin B2)
    • Niacin (Vitamin B3)
    • Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5)
    • Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6)
    • Biotin (Vitamin B7)
    • Folic acid (Vitamin B9)
    • Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12)
    • Minerals and Trace Elements: Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Iron, Iodine, Copper, Manganese, Chromium, Molybdenum, Selenium, Zinc

    How to Use

    Suitable for adults aged over 50 years

    One tablet to be per day. Swallow whole with water. Do NOT exceed the recommended daily dose.

    Cautions and Hazards

    • Centrum 50+ is a food supplement and is intended to supplement the diet. It is not a substitute for a well-balanced, varied diet or healthy lifestyle.
    • Centrum 50+ is not suitable for pregnant or breast feeding women.
    • Centrum 50+ contains ingredients sourced from animals and therefore is not suitable vegetarians or vegans.
    • Container inside pack is sealed with foil for your safety. Do not use if the foil is broken.

    How to store

    • Store in a dry place, below 25°C.
    • Always replace lid after use.
    • Store these tablets out of sight and reach of young children.
