Blephasol is recommended for the daily hygiene of sensitive eyelids, particularly the edge of the eyelids between the eyelashes and surfaces of the eye. This may also be used with other eye drops if suitable.

It is a micelle lotion, and it is free from alcohol detergents and it has an oil and water mix to gently remove dirt, tears, dried mucous and make-up from eyelids and the base of eyelashes, without irritating the eyes or damaging the skin.

It can be used by contact lens wearers.

It is for use on the skin only.

It should be used twice daily on average, morning and evening, or whenever you choose to cleanse your eyelids.

Please see below the following steps on how to use this lotion:

    1. Add a small amount of Blephasol lotion to a cotton pad or gauze, and then apply this to the eyelids and the base of the eyelashes, keeping your eyes closed.
    2. Gently massage the eyelids with small circular movements to remove all debris and dirt, make-up and dried tear secretions.
    3. Lightly stretch the eyelids, then gently rub the inner edge of the eyelids with a clean absorbent pad or cotton bud wetted with Blephasol to remove any dirt and make-up lodged at the base of the eyelashes.
    4. Repeat each step for the other eye, using a clean absorbent pad.

Before first using, please follow the steps in the enclosed leaflet provided with this product.
