Pregnacare Him & Her Conception allows couples to take a convenient, balanced daily formula developed with nutrients for male and female reproductive health as well as overall wellbeing.
Pregnacare Conception provides a carefully balanced comprehensive formulation of micronutrients including the specific nutrients Inositol, Coenzyme Q10, N-acetyl Cysteine and Selenium. The formula also includes vitamin B12 and folic acid at 400µg, the exact level recommended by the Department of Health.
Contains 30 Nutrients, including:
- Folic acid – which helps contribute to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy
- Zinc – which helps contribute to normal fertility and reproduction
- Selenium – which helps contribute to normal spermatogenesis
- Iron – specifically formulated with an ideal, moderate level of iron
- Iodine – which helps contribute to normal production of thyroid hormones and function
- B Vitamins – including vitamins B2, B6, B12 which contribute to normal red blood cell formation
Pregnacare Him & Her Coception tablets are:
- Suitable for vegetarians
- Free from artificial colours, preservatives, lactose, yeast and gelatin

HOW TO TAKE
Men: should take one tablet per day, with your main meal (purple blister).
Women: should take one tablet per day, with your main meal (pink blister).
Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed recommended intake. To be taken only on a full stomach.
