    WHAT IS IBUPROFEN?

    It is a medication that helps provide relief from pain. It does this by reducing inflammation that can be causing the pain.

    Ibuprofen can help with migraine headache, backache, dental pain, neuralgia, period pains as well as Rheumatic or muscular pain.

    It also relieves pain and reduces inflammation and temperature, helping relieve cold and flu symptoms.

    HOW DO YOU TAKE IBUPROFEN?

    Adults should take 1 or 2 tablets with water, up to three times a day when required.

    You should leave at least 4 hours between each dose. Do not take more than 6 tablets in any 24 hour period.

    The lowest effective dose should be used for the shortest duration necessary to relieve symptoms.

    Whilst using Ibuprofen, you should consult a doctor if your symptoms persist or worsen.

    WHAT ARE SOME OF THE CAUTIONS?

    You should always read the information leaflet provided with this medication before use.

    Do not take if you:

    • have (or have had two or more episodes of) a stomach ulcer, perforation or bleeding
    • are allergic to ibuprofen or any other ingredient of the product, aspirin or other related painkillers
    • are taking other NSAID painkillers, or aspirin with a daily dose above 75mg
